Returns and Exchanges Policy for Aqua Emporium:

Thank you for shopping with Aqua Emporium. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of live fish and aquarium products. If you have any concerns, please read our Returns and Exchanges Policy below:

1. Live Fish:
- We take great care in ensuring the health and well-being of the live fish we sell. However, if you receive a live fish that appears to be unhealthy or is deceased upon arrival, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery.
- To be eligible for a refund or replacement of a live fish, you must provide clear photos or videos showing the condition of the fish within the specified time frame as well as detailed water parameters of packing water including Temperature, pH, Ammonia, Salinity.

2. Aquarium Products:
- If you are dissatisfied with any non-live aquarium product you purchased from us, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
- The returned product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Please ensure that all accessories, manuals, and parts are included.

3. Return Process:
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at sales@aquaemporium.co.za to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Once you receive your RA number, securely package the product for return, including any necessary documentation, and ship it back to us at your expense.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

4. Exclusions:
- Certain items, such as live fish that have been in your care for over 24 hours or perishable goods, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- We do not accept returns on products that are damaged due to misuse, improper care, or accidents.

Please note that Aqua Emporium reserves the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet the above criteria or are outside the specified timeframes.
